Revision of 2 Sept:  Alters course to increase standoff around Peter Point.

1.       After calling the mark at CP-4, proceed on COG of 023°T vice 025°T.

2.       After calling the mark at WP 4.1, proceed on COG of 050°T vice 055°T.

Revision of 5 Sept:  Increases standoff of last two marks to accommodate the "Mosquito Fleet Mayhem" sailboat race in the same area.
